  • We offer delivery services daily between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Orders will be delivered within the selected time slot, subject to availability and location.
  • We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure your preferred delivery time.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of AED 150 and above.
  • For orders below AED 150, a delivery charge of AED 10 will be applied.

3. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within selected areas in the UAE.
  • Delivery availability may vary based on location.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are freshly prepared upon confirmation.
  • Same-day delivery may be available depending on product availability and order timing.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the selected time.
  • In case of incorrect address or unavailability, delays or additional charges may apply.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen situations.
  • Cake Palace will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always try to keep you informed.

  • All cakes are carefully handled and transported to maintain quality.
  • Once delivered, responsibility for the product lies with the customer.
