• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways at checkout.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Custom Orders

• Customized cakes require clear instructions and/or reference images.
• Once a custom order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
• We will make every effort to match your requested design, but slight variations may occur.

5. Delivery & Pickup

• We offer delivery within selected locations in the UAE.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified time.
• We also offer store pickup as per selected time slots.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded if preparation has already begun.
• For cancellations, please contact us as early as possible. Approval depends on order status.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Product Handling

• Cakes and desserts are perishable items and should be stored properly upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• Customers are advised to check the product upon receipt.
